REGISTRATION

Early Registration for SDAFS 2024 closed on December 15th, 2023.
Late Registration closed on January 19th, 2024.

Walk-Up registration will be available at the registration desk in the lobby of the Chattanooga Convention Center.
For AFS member rates, you must have your AFS ID number. 
 
Walk-Up Registration Professional – AFS Member – $380
Walk-Up Registration Professional – Non-AFS Member – $505
Walk-Up Registration Student – AFS Member – $180
Walk-Up Registration Student – Non-AFS Member – $220
 
Daily Rate (one-day registration) – $185
Guest Ticket (all evening social events only) – $160
Welcome Social Guest – $40
Poster Social Guest – $45
Grand Social Guest – $75
 
Payments can be made at the Registration Table with card, cash, or check.

 

SDAFS 2024 T-Shirts

Meeting T-shirts are available in three colors (tan, green, and blue) and two styles (cotton, left or sport-fit, right). To guarantee a shirt in your preferred color, style, and size, t-shirts must have been ordered by the Early Registration deadline of 12/15/23. There will be extra shirts available for order at the Registration table on a first come first served basis.
